Fire Safety Training is aimed at all staff. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005 requires that all staff receive training on induction and at regular intervals thereafter. Our training ensures your staff gain an appreciation of the dangers of fire and teaches them what they can do to avoid it. 

 

Usually courses are held at your premises to ensure minimum disruption to the delegate’s working day. Off-site facilities can be arranged on request (at additional cost). 

 

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 made it a legal requirement to provide all staff with adequate fire safety training on induction and at regular intervals thereafter. 

 

The Fire Safety Order is enforced by the local Fire Authority and failure to comply with the Order can lead to a fine or a maximum of two years imprisonment. There is also a risk that you may be liable for damages if staff do not receive fire awareness training and they injure themselves or others in a fire, for example by using a water-based fire extinguisher on an electrical fire or blocking escape routes We offer three types of training.
